Return and Refund Policy:
We are an intermediate Platform that connects sellers and buyers.
We will make every effort to ensure that the product can be returned if it is received in the following conditions: ·
Products in Damaged/Defective/Broken condition, subject to sellers terms and conditions (Not applicable for products listed in FREE SAMPLE ZONE) ·
Products you received do not match the description/photo given on the Platform, subject to sellers terms and conditions (Not applicable for products listed in FREE SAMPLE ZONE) ·
Products that you may dislike due to factors such as Variation, Design, Color and Size, subject to sellers terms and conditions (Not applicable for products listed in FREE SAMPLE ZONE) ·
To register your Return, Refund or any dispute, please send us an email at [email protected] within seven (7) working days from the date the product is delivered to you
The product has to be sent on your own within one (1) to three (3) working days once we have registered for the return ·
The refund will be credited to your bank account within four (4) to six (6) working days once your refund has been approved from us

The product(s) must be returned in the original condition in which it was received by you, along with any bills, labels and any other documents that came with the product. ·

Kindly note: When your order value is below INR 500, you will be paying shipping charges of Rs 179 for shipping. We will refund you the product price only, not the shipping cost.
